Shipping (Singapore)

We offer complimentary door-to-door shipping to all addresses within Singapore. 

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. 

We currently do not ship internationally but we are working on this! 

Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for you. 

We offer exchanges (subject to availability) for all orders within 7 days upon receiving your order. Items must be in new, original and unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that there are no stains or odour on the items. 

To initiate an exchange, kindly drop us an email at hello@flyactivewear.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. 

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by you. Kindly use a registered postal service with a tracking system. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. We reserve the rights to reject items which are not in satisfactory condition. 

We do not offer refunds for all orders at this juncture.
